Wee Tree Howf with Ofuru wood fired Hot Tub looking over the water!
The Wee Tree Howf started life as the first of our glamping adventures when it opened in 2014. It is in an amazing spot and has been much loved. It is now a fully blown tree house - Swiss Family Robinson style.
It sits on the side of our lochan in the trees and right over the top of the tumbling burn - it is built high on stilts. It is much loved and the location is glorious and very special! To make it even more special sit in our Ofuru wood fired hot tub by the lochan and share the still evenings with the wildlife. (Please note there will be an additional charge of £25 per night to use the tub) The Wee Tree Howf is only wee by name. We think it is possibly our best yet! Ian and Lewis have lots of experience and a flair for the quirky. |
Surrounded by wonderful woodwork, with a breath taking view of the pond, a wood burning stove to toast your toes by, this really is one of the best places to relax and enjoy a glass of something nice! You can even chill your drink first in the burn pulley fridge basket!

Completely surrounded by wildlife and our many animals, you are able to watch swallows dip, fish jump and listen to frogs to call. Red kite will pay you a visit along with many other wildlife friends.
When dusk descends, there is the fire pit to sit beside with nothing to hear but the birds going to bed and the burn bubbling beneath. Once inside, the wood burning stove will keep the Wee Howf cosy, while you sit by the fire or laze in the slipper bath. The bedroom is at the top of the wooden narrow staircase, taking you into a story book land with amazing views. Your private compost toilet and spacious shower is just two steps across the bridge over the burn.
